Our HOMES category breaks into Standardized and Customized
- Standardized Homes – non-customizable, ready-to-go homes. The design, plans, and the supply chains for these are ready to go with customer benefiting from the lowest price and speed.
- Customized homes – this is closer to a typical process. We will work with you to design a custom solution
Our ADU category also breaks into Standardized and Customized
- Standardized ADUs – non-customizable, ready-to-go homes under 1200 sq ft. The design, plans, and the supply chains for these are ready to go with customer benefiting from the lowest price and speed to installation.
- Customized ADUs – this is closer to a typical process. We will work with you to design a custom solution for your small home in your backyard.

Step 2 - LAND
Next step us LAND. You may have a lot ready or be planning to purchase one. You may already have a large backyard where you desire to install a structure. We can help you determine what is buildable and how you can maximize your investment. This is a free advising service. When time comes for a site visit, that is free as well.
Step 3 - FINANCING
All of our homes qualify for FHA financing. Banks love our rugged, quality construction because it lasts longer than a traditional build.
If you are self-funded, great – we can proceed to the next step. If you need financing, we can refer you to our network of funders who can explore your options to start the new construction.
Step 4 - DESIGN
Our prefab panel wall system allows for a versatile design. Our team of architects and designers will help you choose interior and exterior designs that best suit your needs.
Step 5 - PERMITS
Our engineers will prepare a full structural plan necessary to obtain a building permit
Step 6 - Home Production and Site Work
Once permits are approved and down payment is paid, your home goes into production. While your home is in production we don’t wait around, we begin laying the foundation for your new home.
Step 7 - Installation & Finishing
The panelized, fully finished wall system – which corresponds to your local building requirements – and which comes with windows and doors will be delivered directly to your home site, where we will complete the assembly, and locally install plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and connect them to on-site utilities. We will then install the kitchen and bathrooms, and complete the remaining finishing touches.
Step 8 - Final Inspection
We will walk you through your new home for final approval, at which point you can move in and start making memories. It typically takes between 6-9 months from start to finish, once permitting is approved.
